The epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM) is highly expressed in the liver during development and diseases. However, its role pathology of remains to be explored. tissues EpCAM-/- wildtype (WT) mice at P0 stage were used for RNA sequencing. differently miRNAs, lncRNAs mRNAs selected confirmed by qPCR. expression metabolism-related gene SET domain bifurcated 2 (Setdb2) was significantly increased mice; triglyceride (TG) total cholesterol (TC) levels also markedly decreased mice. microRNA (miRNA)-long noncoding (lncRNA)-mRNA regulatory networks indicated that EpCAM may play important roles glucose lipid metabolism disease. comprehensive miRNA, lncRNA mRNA profiles developing established here might help elucidate functions mechanisms diseases liver.
